Sparks Bistro is a family owned and operated restaurant specialising in Mediterranean Cuisine. With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, the owners have brought their wealth of experience to bring you the best Mediterranean cuisine available in Dublin. Dishes are inspired from the best Italian and Irish dishes.

Our signature dishes include Penne Carbonara and Spaghetti Pescatore (fresh mussels, salmon and prawns) and of course, our famous Sparks Bistro Gourmet Burgers and Medallions of beef.

                                                    Spent 2nights at Sparks on a 3day break, food smashing, staff went. Beyond with their service and chat overall 2great nights thanks again all at Sparks, will be back.

                                                    We were given a voucher for Christmas. Best present we got!! The food was amazing, staff were very friendly and good at their job. Place was really busy but service didn't suffer. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. We plan on going g back very soon.
