   The vibe and everything is there, but the music selection was a very poor choice. It sounded like elevator music. Should have been more lively— broaden the genre selection.

   It was cold the day of my reservation. I received a phone call from the venue advising that they didn't have inside reservations. I wanted to go so I kept my outdoor reservation and the very nice lady on the phone told me to bring a blanket and they would have the heaters on for us. The space is beautiful!!! Our waiter Charlie was delightful, kind, knowledgeable and an overall pleasure. Drinks where top tier, atmosphere and view exquisite. Food was mediocre. My date and I still had a great time enjoying the view, under a blanket, talking and laughing. We plan to go back when it's warmer.

   Rude servers, no managers in sight, and the runners were auctioning drinks/food to our table with an attitude all night long. After confronted, she continued to be disrespectful. I had the worst experience, no sense of urgency. No water for 30 minutes, took a long time to get checks, overall terrible service. I have experience managing restaurants in hotels and the service was completely unacceptable. There was no manager table check so I couldn’t even express my concerns. My family came into from another country and have never been to America, they were appalled with how terrible the service was. I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life.

   The guy working kept on asking to take the plates away while we were eating not once, not twice, not thrice, but everytime he walked pass us. We ordered couple of dishes, for every dish, everytime he kept on asking. In the end I felt sad and just told hime yeah, it's half plate but I am done take it away. He took it. I mean why can't you let someone eat at their own pace. Not even the busiest restaurant does that and it was not even 11 PM.

   We had a reservation and it was for nothing. They had no hostess upstairs so we had to get in where we fit in. Then the manager would never come back to check on us so we got one drink and left. Cute place but absolutely not worth the hassle we had to go through.

    The space is beautiful, especially for watching the sunset. All the cocktails were delicious and innovative. No crab legs even though they were on the menu, which was a disappointment.
