   Tried calling 5 times to reschedule reservation from 230p to 3pm, but Southern Stones' phone kept saying not in working order... I did like the leather menu covers!

   Our family has eaten here many times over the past 10 years, has gone downhill exponentially in the past 12-18 months. Mother’s Day brunch was a complete disaster and embarrassed to have that as a memory for my wife and kids. Made a reservation and was on time. Restaurant was maybe at 25% capacity and staff referenced being overwhelmed. Drink menu was blank, when brought up the waitress said that’s “par for the course”. Placed drink orders, 25 minutes later the drinks arrived and placed our meal order. Over 60 minutes later we had to go back to the kitchen and ask when we should expect our food. It was clearly sitting under a warmer and by the taste/texture it had been for some time. Tables around us sat un-bused for over 45 minutes. The manager of the restaurant had no insight into why everything had gone so poorly. Bloomington has a plethora or great restaurants, I recommend any other over Southern Stone.

   They were great! Working on a less than full staff but servers were friendly, food was good and restaurant was very nice

   Southern Stone is so pretty! Big open space and I love that there’s outdoor seating. Delicious food and mimosa flight. Definitely going back!

   The place was overpriced, the food was ok and because it was graduation weekend there was a 20% gratuity plus a 2.5% fee. It was almost completely empty. But it was really cute!

   Very limited menu at 1:30p on Sat. Food just okay. Dessert was not offered . This was a girls day for my Mother’s birthday.

   Service and food were incredible! They did run out of several things… but it happens. Annmarie (sp?) was fantastic! We’ll be back!
