   From start to finish, a fantastic dining experience. From the warm, engaging greeting by the Maitre De, to the final farewell, the best restaurant we've visited in years. Relentless yet understated attention to detail in service, presentation and culinary magic. Little touches like the monogram in the balsamic and olive oil, the artistic drizzle on the burrata, and the colorful stack of the caprese salad made great impressions. But far and above was the exquisite taste - carefully charred and seasoned steak, silky, light and flavorful pasta. Almost worth flying back and driving straight to Streamsong just to have this experience again. Bravo to the entire staff at SottoTerra for an unforgettable dinner.

   We had an outstanding dinner! Server and host were very pleasant! Two of us had the rib eye dish and it was great, duck was very good while the pasta dish was not as expected. We made a request to have desert up on the sixth floor. Your manager made arrangements to have desert brought up to the sixth floor bar and even came up to see that we were looked after. This was over and above and we appreciate the outstanding service and attention to detail. We will be back!

   Entire staff was very friendly, went above and beyond to celebrate my husband's birthday! The food was outstanding, Chef came out and was very personable and nice.

   A very different twist on Italian. Ordered cocktails, appetizers, entrees, and dessert. All fabulous with creative flair and impeccably prepared and presented. Of course we tried the "famous" meatball. Delicious! Service was attentive and professional from the bar to the table. Had a great meal coupled with great service. Would definitely dine here again on a return visit.

   Had to send Chilean sea bass back because it wasnt cooked. They took it off the bill but was disappointing food in general was just ok. Certainly not fine dining. Staff was very nice

   Arrived to our table which was decorated with sparkles of confetti done in good taste for my husbands birthday along with a happy birthday note from the staff. This was a sweet gesture and much appreciated. The attentive service was perfect - not too often but always available and friendly. Food was great. Basil pasta with scallops was delicious as was the lobster salad and budino dessert. It was a great experience which made for a memorable birthday celebration. Many thanks to the staff of Sottoterra. Note: We actually returned the following night as well since we had such a fine dining experience.

    If you are Streamsong it’s a nice option, but the meal was average at best at well above average prices.
