    It was a great experience to take part in the sushi making class . The chef was very social and made us feel comfortable. The best part was that me and my friend enjoyed some time to sit and chat in a relaxed atmosphere after the class was over .

    I attended for the Bluefin experience, which was priced at $125. I was under the impression that seating would be included, but upon arrival, I was told tables were $1,000—something not made clear beforehand. There were no seating arrangements available otherwise. Additionally, the flyer originally mentioned two glasses of bubbly, but that was later changed to just one. That said, the tuna itself was absolutely delicious.

    Came for the Tuna Cutting Ceremony on Tuesday with a date and was excited for a unique experience, but unfortunately it missed the mark. We arrived at 8PM as listed, expecting the event to start shortly after. The welcome glass of champagne was a nice touch, but with nothing to eat, it hit hard on an empty stomach. There was a long period of standing around with no appetizers (despite them being mentioned) and no communication on when food would actually be served. Multiple times it seemed like the tuna cutting was about to start, only for it to be more photo ops and videos and pouring alcohol all over the counter the tuna was on..my date doesn't drink so this was not welcome. This went on for over an hour I believe. Was too loud to talk so we stood there. When the cutting began, we were relieved-starving, really-but the chaos that followed made it tough to enjoy. I didn’t want to shove my way through people, but food was passed to the front row over and over again with people grabbing for their friends and leaving none. Meanwhile, the chef was pulling women behind the counter to pour drinks in their mouths and feed them tuna. At one point, we were finally handed a plate… only to find long hair on it. We didn’t eat it. Eventually someone made room at the bar and motioned for me to try a piece of tuna. When I reached for it, I was playfully tapped on the hand with the truffle shaver by the chef, who said it wasn’t ready. I normally would’ve laughed, but it was awkward and kind of embarrassing after trying so hard to get even one bite. We finally made our way to the outdoor line after someone in line told us about it, which was disorganized and felt unhygienic with people using their own chopsticks directly in the trays. The concept is fun and unique, but the execution really needs refinement. At $300 for the night, we felt like second-class guests. More structure, clarity, and hygiene would make a big difference. It was disappointing.

    This place was great! I got there early and the music was a bit too loud, but they turned it down. The staff was super friendly. They brought us tea that was way too cold, but they brought it back warmer, even though it was still a bit chilly. They had Bigelow tea bag tags hanging out of the side of the tea pot! That was a bummer because I immediately knew I was drinking cheap tea which is a buzzkill when you are in an expensive restaurant. But overall, the chef came out to greet us, which was awesome. I’m a former chef, so I always like to see the chef interacting with his customers. He’s really proud of his work and wants us to enjoy it. Even though the waitstaff were young Latina girls who barely spoke English, they were really sweet and it was obvious they want to do well, which ultimately shows there is a good work culture behind the scenes there. The food? It's awesome. 9/10 all the way. The chef has been in the business with some big name restaurants under his belt so he knows the deal and he's not a newbie trying to reinvent the wheel.. I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone. Skip the seating and go straight to the omakase bar. That’s where the real magic happens. I’ll be back soon and I’ll update this review. Bon appétit!

    This spot is a total gem for sushi lovers in Miami! The vibe is cozy and welcoming, and the chefs really know their craft. Every bite was super fresh and beautifully presented, with unique flavors that kept surprising us. It’s a fun, intimate experience where you just sit back and let the chef take you on a sushi adventure. Perfect for a special night out or just treating yourself to something amazing. Highly recommend!

    Highly disappointed in the way this event was organized. It felt like my wife and I were at the hunger games. Everyone fighting to get a piece while the elites sitting in vip areas were handed full plates of pieces. Mind you there was no upgrade to receive special treatment for food. My wife and I left starving, only had a few pieces. The pieces we did get were really good so no complaints there. The presentation and cutting of the fish was cool but that was it. I watched people grab two and three hand rolls at a time while everyone else struggled to just get one. Total waste. Do not waste your time and money.
