Open for lunch and dinner, Sophia's at Walden serves contemporary American cuisine in a relaxed space. This casual dining bakery and cafe is famous for its made-to-order brunch menu, which includes popular dishes such as eggs, home fries, toast, benedicts and fresh waffles. The lunch and dinner menu features burgers, salads and sandwiches. Try the restaurant signature chicken pastina soup, served with homemade bread, for a light delicious treat. Our first time there. Sunday brunch. Very nice restaurant. Warm and welcoming. The staff was very friendly. Enjoyed our meals. Outside seating was available. My partner and I were celebrating our birthdays and we were given our choice of desserts. No charge. Extremely nice touch! On the downside, it was very noisy, 2-seater tables were lined up very close to each other. Very hard to hold a private conversation. Will definitely go back, though. and opt for an outdoor table. Out of 10 stars, I would give an 8.

Sophia's has excellent food. Have eaten there many times for Sunday brunch, lunch and dinner. Nice to sit outside when weather permits. Staff is very friendly and service is excellent.

Very friendly restaurant; almost, but not quite, a "cozy" atmosphere. It was, after all, Valentines Day -- and my wife's birthday as well -- so the tables were filled when we arrived. Normal levels of conversation. We'll be returning soon.
