   We went to Sonoma to hang out and enjoy some wine flights and a charcuterie board before we went out to dinner. Everything was delish. Our server was great and made excellent suggestions. We’ve always had a fun time at Sonoma!!

   The waitstaff were very informative and helpful which made our visit there even more enjoyable! The food was clearly very high quality and carefully prepared!

   Went for happy hour and a birthday. Waitress was helpful. Wine and food was fantastic! Sit on the patio if you can! We will be back!

   Not impressed by the meat selection or cheeses included, supermarket quality. Not sure why the chocolates were in wrappers. Did not offer Riesling by the glass which was disappointing. The server was accommodating but unfortunately the charcuterie was not what I hoped it would be.

   I'm sorry your experience was not what you expected. However, our selections of cheese and charcuterie are most certainly NOT supermarket quality–everything is sourced from the Houston Dairymaids, which they intern handpick from small dairies and farmers. The chocolate we offer is a specialty chocolate called Tony's, which specialize in fair-trade cocoa farms, hence us wanting to let our guests unwrap their mini-sized dark chocolate bars themselves. And, our wines-by-the-glass changes weekly.

   My husband and I had an unexpected free evening so we decided to go out. I used open table to snag a reservation 15 minutes out. We arrived and the manager I assume (blond woman) was put out with our “last minute” reservation as they were going to be very busy an hour and a half later. If you’re going to be put out with your reservation system perhaps you should manage your system better. Her uppity attitude was really unnecessary. Everyone else we encountered was lovely and the charcuterie was good.

   I am so sorry about your experience with our manager. I will most speak with her and utilize your feedback in making us better. We want nothing more than to be able to accommodate our guests and to be able to honor all reservations. The last minute ones can be a bit tricky, which is why I've already reached out to OpenTable this morning to request assistance in making sure our system is configured properly to assure optimal service for our guests.    We booked a table during happy hour. Upon arriving I was told they had overbooked their reservations and that I was welcome to sit where ever i could find seating for 4. Being happy hour, they were very busy and only 2 staff to serve all the wine and to prep and serve the food. To their credit, they worked very hard and were very polite and courteous but they simply needed more people. Once happy hour was over, the place really slowed down so it was obvious why only 2 people were staffed. The wine flights were great as were the charcuterie boards and baked brie. We will definitely be back, just slightly disappointed after all the raving reviews I had read on face book.
