   The staff is very nice, and it’s not their fault that the food is subpar. The Easter menu was $59+ per person. Food was like hospital cafeteria. Not much for vegetarians. So many loud children. Pass on this unless it’s your only option while staying at the resort.

   Our server Shannon was amazing! She went above and beyond serving our group of 7 this morning during breakfast. Shannon is funny and has a great personality. This is the 3rd time we have requested her as our server. She’s our favorite!!

   We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. Our server was very attentive and made sure to check on us often and kept our drinks full. The buffet was extremely clean and tidy, and the workers kept everything fresh. Our food was so good, with many, many options. The fried chicken is a must-have. The peel and eat shrimp were huge! The prime rib and salmon were delicious. The sides and desserts were great, too. Highly recommend!

   DON’T DO IT! I read the reviews and figured ehh how bad could it be….it was 100% not worth the money. We went Saturday for dinner for the prime rib buffet. The food was extremely underwhelming. Prime rib was blahhhh. The salmon was over cooked, short rib and pork loin were cold and hard. The best thing was the fried chicken and the kids chicken tenders. The mashed potatoes and gravy were decent. The Mac n cheese had stale crackers on top. The broccoli was cold. The desserts were all dry. We paid $89 before tip for two adults. The service was great the food was not. 10/10 DO NOT recommend wasting your money on this dinner buffet. I wonder if Dolly has ever dined in this restaurant because it sucks.

   The first night we ate at Ember & Elm at the Heartsong resort and it was wonderful, great food, cozy atmosphere, great service. The dishes were large with quality and tasty food choices. The last night of our trip we decided to head over to the Dream More for the Surf and Turf buffet. This restaurant was more crowded and very loud. The food on the buffet was ok. Certain items were really good while others could be improved upon. The vegetables had sat too long and probably should be switched out faster- they were lukewarm, water logged and mushy. The prime rib was good, the turkey would have been better with some stuffing or cranberry sides. They did have plenty of pick and peel shrimp that were a good size. Some of the deserts were better than others but nothing was spectacular, the apple pie was great but would have been better served warm or with an ice cream option. I highly recommend the sit down restaurants at Dolly’s resorts and the pizza is delicious. We might have caught the buffet on an off night because the hotel was super busy that Friday night and we had a later reservation.

    The Friday night buffet was awful. I was looking forward to it but our table of 5 were all disappointed in the food. Nothing was good! The carving beef station looked good but I couldn't even cut the meat. It was so chewy. The fried chicken was very dry. The desserts were not good either. We were all very disappointed.
