   The place is amazing. The food spectacular and the service are impeccable. I think I've had almost everything on the menu over the years, and every meal was exquisite, delicious, and served with pride!

   This is a true gem in Little Italy Don’t just go for the bakery and gelato their restaurant is outstanding. Try the tri-color salad it is delicious and add the perfectly wood fired salmon.

   To add insult to injury to this review, I checked our credit card acct and Solunto added a 20% tip to our bill!! Never again will we patronize this restaurant. This is one of our favorite Little Italy restaurants. Tonight's experience was so sub-par, we won't be back. Start with sitting for over 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. Wait staff and bus persons passed us multiple times ... no eye contact whatsoever. When the bus person brought us water and bread, I wondered if maybe he was mute since he said nothing and didn't respond to my 'hello.' Of course, he isn't. When the waiter finally stopped, he just stood there, silent. WTH? I said "well, we could order cocktails;" which we did and then waited and waited before he returned to take our food order. What can I say? Undercooked chicken ... that rubbery texture that tells you it's not cooked properly (yuck), returned to kitchen by a bus person and re-heated I suspect in the microwave. Not once did the waiter return to our table to ask how we were doing or if we wanted another cocktail. Meanwhile, he's yackety-yacking in Italian with two nearby tables. Suffice it to say, we left no tip. Very unfortunate, because we used to like this restaurant.

   The waiter was the worst ever! Super lazy even when I asked for a napkin, he told one of the runners to go get it for us. While he was doing nothing but standing with the hostess. Horrible horrible service! And the tomato sauce tasted like it just came out of a can. Very disappointing!

   Pizzas were delicious, service was lacking. Server was rather rude with us, weren’t given a happy hour menu and then watched the table next to us order off happy hour. Server did end up changing our order to be from happy hour which was good, but service was over all not great.

   Always a perfect meal at Solunto. My husband had lasagna and I had the rigatoni E polo. The portions are so huge that we had dinner there and dinner again at home the next night. And don’t miss out on the cookies and gelato after your meal I highly recommend Solunto for enjoyable evening and culinary delight.

    Good cioppino and carbonara…very attentive staff and quick with last minute requests.
