Sole Italian Restaurant is an Italian restaurant owned by the talented husband and wife team of Carlos and Patricia Ribera. Carlos is the head chef and is responsible for creating the menu and executing it every night. Meanwhile, Patricia and their son Frankie man the dining room greeting every guest that comes through the doors at Sole.Sole's menu is a celebration of all things Italian. Appetizers fried calamari, eggplant rollatini, mozzarella caprese and mushrooms stuffed with crab meat and topped with garlic and oreganato sauce. For entrées, Sole has created fresh versions of Italian classics like chicken cacciatore, veal marsala, linguini alla vongole, shrimp scampi and a salmon Florentina that's been pan-seared and served over angel hair pasta topped with spinach and a house-made lemon garlic sauce. Taking a unique approach to feeding children, any kids 8 and under can get a half order of anything on the menu.
