This restaurant has been consistently very good....we go here quite often also because it is quiet, service is great and the menu is quite interesting. We just can not understand why it is not all that busy whenever we are there.

In summary, the starters were fantastic but the entrees left much to be desired. Fair wine selection, erring on the sweet side. Service was phenomenal. Understandable value for a restaurant inside a hotel, but overpriced for the quality. Lobster was overcooked and a bit rubbery. Ribeye was a bit tough and doused with garlic herb spread, unfortunately not much flavor in the meat itself. Lamb lollipops and caramelized onion & cheese dip were the stars of the evening. Pobably won't be returning, but it was a decent experience we generally don't regret.

The food here is very good and reasonably priced. We had filet mignons which were cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes were good and fresh vegetables nicely cooked. Service is quick, waitress was attentive and very pleasant. I think the solarium is a hidden gem.

This place deserves a better rating than given. Food and service was great. Food tasted delicious and portion size for the price was great and our waitress delivered well. We also didn't wait long to be served.

Food was terrible. Burger was bland, steak was bland and overcooked. We barely ate our food and no one cared to help. Absolutely a waste of $200+.

Solarium Kitchen & Bar offers a subtly elegant dining experience in the Hilton Bellevue lobby. While the space is open to lobby traffic, the ambiance is well-designed with comfortable seating and an airy, stylish atmosphere. The food quality was good and reasonably priced. A solid option for a relaxed meal, whether you’re a hotel guest or just passing through.

Our 2nd time at Solarium. I really like the buffet over the dinner option where you have to pick from a fixed menu). I also liked that they had a good selection of breakfast items. To be overly picky, I think several of the desserts were way too big meaning a single slice of cake was huge. It'd be better to have smaller items that are easier to try out 3-4 and not waste one big slice of cake. Some labels were missing on the desserts so I didn't know what the were. All tasty though.

We were there for Christmas Brunch. Prime rib over cooked. Everything was overpriced for what was offered. Will not try again. Staff was excellent though.
