   Our second time there and just as outstanding as the first time. I’m still dreaming about the vegan French onion soup and carbonara. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

   Wait staff so knowledgeable and owner worked the tables the entire night. The prix fixe with carrot soup, a salad, the ribeye (ridiculous) and sea bass with an orange almond flour cake of some sort was incredible. Cool vibe I’d highly recommend to anyone.

   My second time at this restaurant and my second very positive experience. The food and service are immaculate. Some of the dishes are very creative and the drinks menu is extensive, including some nice nonalcoholic options. It’s a true gem.

   I was a little worried that it seemed crowded inside but it really didnt feel claustrophobic at all. The service was spectacular, we had, i believe the owner as our server, so no surprise there! The main star though was absolutely the food. Every bite felt like heaven and i dont say that lightly. Even the mocktail I got was delicious, as well as the vegan carbonara and orange italian cake. I love how many plant based options they had for me while still accomodating my boyfriend and best friend who are both meat eaters. It also ended up being way less than i was expecting. Dont get me wrong, it was by no means a cheap meal but it felt appropriately priced for the quality. Overall, i highly reccommend this place for any special occasion, especially if fyou have dietary issues!

   Best fine dining experience in St Pete hands down. 10/10 recommend. Our second visit was for my wife's birthday and it was a fantastic dining experience.

   One of the BEST restaurants we have had the pleasure of dining at in St. Pete. The owner and his wife are amazing and the food is a 10 out of 10! The menu says the filet melts in your mouth and that is spot on!!

   Went to Sol St Pete for the first time with my husband for my birthday dinner. I’m vegan and he’s non-vegan. We both had a wonderful meal. He has the mushroom bruschetta, salad and for the first time, had Sea bass. He loved it! He said the Sea bass was very flavourful. I had the French Onion soup with vegan cheese, salad and mushroom streak. It was the most delicious vegan meal I’ve had in a long time. The owners of this small, quaint restaurant really care about their food and service. They excelled in both! I’d recommend this restaurant to everyone.

   We are gluten and dairy free…you can imagine that a fine dining experience can be limited because of those restrictions but Sol was amazing…in every way. The food was incredible and the service was second to none. Thank you for making our dad/daughter weekend so lovely!

    So happy to have found this incredible gem! The owners are very kind and thoughtful. They have really put their hearts into curating a too on the line restaurant. I love the high quality food standards, intimate ambiance, delicious food and excellent service. My new favorite restaurant!
