   The service was excellent, Omeil was our waiter and deserves a call out. We arrived about an hour before our reservation and they were able to get us in at a table with the best view of the sunset. I don’t think there’s a bad view of the sunset from any table in the restaurant. Tables also aren’t packed one on top of another plenty of space and privacy from one table to another. Both my wife and I had fish. I had the blackened grouper and it was way overcooked. When the white Rice is the best thing on your plate that says a lot. My wife had the quinoa salad with blackened mahi and it was really tough dry and overcooked, I had been cooked and sitting on a warm grill for way too long before it was thrown on the salad. I wouldn’t come back for the food, but the ambience and service open air tables and sunset or one of the best in Key Largo.

   We LOVE our experience at Sol! The service is on island time, but always worth the wait. We enjoy our time here, with each visit.

   Great view of the bay. Food selection was good with prices a bit high . Went for lunch , dinner menu had more selections . Resort looks very family oriented and beach area was wonderful. Definitely recommend visiting this resort.

   Loved the beachfront view. Ganesh was our server, and the service was exceptional. We ordered the jerk wings to share. For our main course we ordered the lobster roll and the lobster salad. Both were amazing.

   Waitress was very nice Had to have a reservation to eat here so I expected better, knowing this was a seafood restaurant, I expected a good menu, my husband is a seafood eater, I rather a nice steak, skirt steak was all that was available, he had shrimp which he had to peel himself, my son had the chicken curry - again had to take the chicken apart himself Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

    My husband and I were really looking forward to dining here, especially given the restaurant’s reputation. We’ve had the pleasure of eating at many highly rated establishments across the country, so we were surprised—and disappointed—by the experience we had. Unfortunately, the food fell far below expectations. I ordered the Caesar salad with mahi, but the fish was extremely dry, and the salad itself was presented as a wedge with dressing on top—definitely not what I’d consider a traditional Caesar. My husband had the fish sandwich, which came on a soggy roll and still had the tail attached—something he only discovered after taking a bite. To be fair, the staff was pleasant and none of this reflected on their service. However, the quality of the food simply didn’t match the image this restaurant projects. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend dining here.
