   Horrible service. We made reservations, 2 hours before a show across the street. Waited over 40min for server to approach our table. Waitress took our order. 15min later, no water, no cocktails, no table settings. Waitress returned to say we cannot have cocktails in area we were sitting. We were sitting four feet from bar, guest to our left, to our right and in front of us all had cocktails??? Waitress was new and did not know managers reasoning. We left and will never return!

   My husband and I made a reservation well in advance for Soho Bistro on the night Adam Sandler was performing at SNHU Arena. I understand it got very busy but it was VERY unorganized. We were finally sat about 15 mins after our reservation despite getting there on time but that was it. We did not see a waiter or any staff for almost 45 mins of sitting there. No drinks, no menu, nothing. We were extremely disappointed and ended up leaving and going to the venue early.

   If I could give this a zero I would. I made reservations for 6 for before a show we were going to at the arena across the street. From the moment we got seated I knew it wasn’t going to be a good experience. I was right. We got to there at 515 & ended up walking out @7. Not having a set of utensils, are drinks or even a glass of water on our table. The whole section we were in actually ended up in the same situation and all left. We ended up seeing everyone in the event scarfing down food before seeing the show. Thankful they sold food there we were all very hungry by this time & needed a drink or two. WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY. And too bad the menu looks good and the atmosphere inside is very pretty 🤷‍♀️ It’s a shame.

   Understaffed. There more than 2 hours. Entree never came. We got someone else’s apps. Barely got 2 drinks. Other tables waited nearly an hour and only got one round of drinks. They left money and left. Horrible experience.

   Got there at 5pm when SOHO opened for event at SNHU, put in food order and there was no one there. Got busy as expected and checked on food with server. Claimed she would check on it. Told us at 6pm should be out. Came back at 6:30 and stated the cooks were busy. Never received food or second drink order. Left very displeased. Again, walking in when busy totally understand. We got there early to avoid this and there was no one there. Last visit to SOHO!!!

   It felt like it was your opening night with new staff throughout the restaurant. Our reservations were for 5 and at 6:45 the kitchen hadn’t even started cooking out food and the venue at the arena started at 7:30

   The food was good and offered a nice variety. SoHo Bistro and Lounge has the large space and ambience of a night club. There are also pool tables in the back. I thought it would be small and intimate, however, it was spacious with a large center bar and dance floor. The service was excellent and attentive and the bartender was extremely nice.

   SoHo now under new ownership. It wasn’t very busy, our drinks for good the food was good. The place has such a potential. I hope they’re able to market appropriately to bring in the crowds. We were there for a dinner date. The live music (Ryan, and Scott). was great. We didn’t stay for the DJ. The place looks promising!!

    Dined in first time at Soho Bistro and Lounge and was glad we took a chance on this not-yet-discovered eatery! The ambiance is great and the food hit the right spot for our couples night out. - Whether you choose the spacious bar, or the more cozy dining area, you’ll be comfortable. Cocktails were served up quickly by bartender DJ, and Chef Monika personally visited our table to chat and make dining recommendations. Easy parking across the street. We’ll be back, and may plan a company dinner here as well. We recommend you visit before they are fully on the radar and become over-crowded like everyone else!
