Erst mal diese ungesicherte Stufe, über die man stolpern muss. Wir hatten eine sehr nette, englischsprachige Servicekraft, aber vorauszusetzen, dass die Gäste englisch sprechen, ist auch fraglich. Dennoch war sie sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Allerdings kam sie mit dem Service auch nicht hinterher, einfach zu wenig Servicekräfte für so viel Gäste. Wir haben ewig gewartet Getränke zu bekommen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, aber auch das nachbestellen 45 Minuten. Die zweite Runde Getränke kam erst gar nicht…. Auf Nachfrage, ob wir etwas Brot haben könnten, kam die Antwort, dass das Konzept kein Brot vorsieht. Sehr schade, da man die leckeren Speisen dann nicht mit Brot noch bedippen kann….

Poor service, poor buffet, poor organization, timing was not respected. Everything was super slow and my team of 25 people was not satisfied at all. We wanted a standing dinner and you gave us a seated dinner. 100% to avoid for group reservations!

Essen und Service waren echt Klasse. Das Ambiente ist generell ok, hat ein bisschen was von Tanzsaal Atmosphäre. Aber richtig nervig ist die extrem Laute Musik und dementsprechend schreien die Leute sich an um sich zu verstehen. Es wäre sicherlich gemütlicher mit moderater Musiklautstärke.

Tolles Restaurant, es war unter der Woche restlos ausgebucht. Geschmacklich einfach ganz anders als sonst und daher eine willkommene Abwechslung.

We ordered 4 Margarita, 1 Guacamole CSM, 1 Pork belly Tacos 3 pieces, 1 Pulpo, 2 Besame Mucho, 2Oberbrau 0.5 and 1 Amaretto Sour on a Saturday night. I have to say everything was perfect. Totally recommend.
