   The food was cold and the waiter never returned. We ordered nachos as the appetizer and it came out within 2 minutes and extremely cold. The waiter we had was waiting tables on the inside and outside area. My wife ordered wine and arrived after the meal. Staff is slow and food was extremely cold. The cooks kept walking around outside to smoke which was a tremendous turn off.

   We dined here on New Year’s Eve. Usually I would be fine waiting for food on a busy holiday but we were one of only two tables in the entire restaurant and they were only serving a limited menu of bar food anyway! It took over a half hour to get a drink and over an hour for nachos and a cheese plate with no apology, explanation, or discount from anybody. Food was average but service was horrible! I usually never leave reviews but I don’t want anybody else to have the same horrible experience we had.

   Restaurant changed/reduced their menu. None of the items from the online menu which made me choose this place were available. They need to update their online presence, otherwise customers feel as if they have been victim of a bait & switch. We left & went elsewhere so I can't comment on the quality of the food.

   I expected so much more from Social Kitchen & Bar. The food was actually pretty good, and the service was nice. But the atmosphere/ambience was absolutely terrible. This restaurant is basically an extension of Sheratons bar. Which is fine if you're staying at the hotel and want a bite to eat. But definitely not appropriate for a night out uptown.

   Salads were over dressed. Lamb was over cooked. The best item was the French fries which is disappointing.
