   Daughter’s birthday. The food was better than expected. We started with wings and drinks and were pleasantly surprised by both. Our waitress was great entertaining conversation my wife and daughter had a great time.

   Always a fun time here! Tickets had to be purchased that included a 3 course meal, open bar, NYE party hats for the night and a champagne toast at midnight. It was a great deal, and enjoyed the experience!

   I will give them -1 on service. 1- they did not know about our brunch reservation. 2- no waffles. 3- no steak on omelets. 4- music too loud. 5-clueless server. 6- passion juice have too much water. 7- churrasco was super hard plus was server with harsh brown without asking with what person want. 8- pancakes were frozen one you can get at Walmart or Sam club. 9- we ask for one croqueta de pollo we got queso. 10- one food came wrong we have to wait until was done.

   Hello Yorbelin, We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with everything and apologize that we were not able to respond sooner. We would love to address your list of complaints, this is the first time we get a list so long. We do work with our customers to try and resolve all matters before getting a bad review, unfortunately we were not given that opportunity. As you can see most of our customers love us and we certainly understand that we cannot please everyone. We wish you the best!

   Virtually no wait time for our food. Best tacos I have ever had in my life. The tacos alone were worth every mile we drove to get to West New York. The staff was kind, helpful, hospitable, and knowledgeable on the area. The environment was very fun and upbeat. I will definitely go back here again someday. Thank you for treating us with courtesy and great service.

    Hello, Please let me know exactly what occurred to have caused you to have a bad experience. As far as we know, management and or our staff were not notified with regards to anyone having had a bad experience and had we known it, it would have been something we would address right away. We aim to make sure that our clients are satisfied when they visit our establishment. Your comment does not give us any information that would allow us to address the situation and or try to rectify it.
