   Great experience at Smooth! Perfect ambiance for couples for date night or girls dinner! DJ was really good, food selection wasn’t the greatest but the potato wedges were really good! Drinks were really good and we had a great server!

   Needs more food choices other than lamb or salmon. More servers and more bartenders. Much quicker time for any type of service

   I happened to be in the Concord area and remembered seeing some social media posts last year about a new lounge, so I decided to give it a try. After checking out reviews across various platforms, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect—but I’m glad I went. The exterior gave off a welcoming lounge vibe, and we were checked in quickly thanks to our OpenTable reservation. The atmosphere was just as advertised—stylish and inviting, with impressive decor. As some reviews mentioned, the music was a bit loud. If you’re looking to have a conversation, consider sitting side-by-side on the couch seating instead of across a table. Still, don’t let that deter you—this is a lounge first, and it delivers on that promise. The food was surprisingly good for a lounge. While it’s not five-star dining, it was flavorful, well-presented, and reasonably priced. The menu is limited, but that’s typical for a lounge and makes sense for maintaining kitchen efficiency. There were still solid options to accommodate most diets. We started with the shrimp egg rolls, which were delicious and definitely worth ordering again. We also tried the chicken wings and the Creole salmon. I didn’t have the wings, but my wife thought they were decent—nothing extraordinary, but not bad either. The salmon came with green beans and rice and was seasoned well, though it was cooked well-done. I wasn’t asked about my preferred temperature, but considering this is more of a lounge than a seafood spot, I wasn’t surprised. It may have been cooked from frozen, which would explain the doneness. Service was smooth and friendly, and the cocktails were well-crafted with thoughtful flavors. I’ve seen some comments about long wait times, but we didn’t experience that—and neither did the tables around us. That said, it was getting busy as we were leaving, so I can see how it might get backed up during peak hours. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu.

   Everything was Wonderful, I raved about Smooth to my husband, so this was date night, we enjoyed it all!!! The entrees were seasoned deliciously, he enjoyed the lamb chops and I enjoyed the creole salmon delish! The vibe, the service, Terri is awesome she remembered me so very well the ambiance, the music, again everything was Wonderful!!!!

   It was a cool vibe and a nice spot, the drinks tasted very good we did not order food tonight, but the menu looked great.

   Definitely small portions that didn’t necessarily equal the price. The food was a little salty. The ambience was nice and had a good vibe. One thing I’m not a fan of is a business adding gratuity and a fee to pay with a credit card to the bill . As a business owner you are the responsible party for paying to accept credit cards at your establishment. As far as gratuity the customer should decide how much they leave based on the quality of service received by their server. It’s a one and done for me.

   The food was very tasty. The staff were friendly. The ambiance is nice. The entrée portions could be larger. The music and the drinks were good.

    Service was poor, waited over 2 hours for food to be served and when finally served my lamb chops were cold. Ordered drinks for the table and ended up going to the bar to request our drinks and ended up waiting an additional 45mins standing up at the bar. Server was trying to make my drink and you could tell she was not experienced, looking back at her phone constantly for the ingredients. It was not a memorable experience.
