Went there For a birthday dinner and our server never mentioned her name. One of my friends did not like her meal and she asked to take it back in the server told us that she would have to pay for the meal she already had and the new one that she wanted to order. The manager was immediately called over and instead of diffusing the situation she asked ” why would you order something that you don’t like?” mind you This is our first time going so that was pretty surprising for her to say. my friend said that she would like a buffalo chicken sandwich and the manager replied and said “ well why don’t you try out one of your friends chicken sandwiches before you order it just in case you decide to send that back too.” This was appalling coming from somebody who is supposed to show leadership amongst their establishment. I know exactly what good service is because I am a server myself and smoking betties did not represent themselves in a decent manner whatsoever. I felt as though we were targeted because we were a group of young black adults who fell victim to passive aggressive racism. I will never return to this awful Restaurant.

Had an 8 o’clock reservation. There was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes and when someone did arrive she claimed the iPad was dead and could not look up reservations. We were then ignored for another ten minutes before giving our business to Barra Rossa down the street who had us were very attentive to their customers. This was a birthday celebration that smokin bettys put a damper on. Will not return.

Our table never had a server, the manager came up to us 50 minutes into us waiting to take a drink order. then we waited another 25 minutes before telling the manager that we were about to leave. An Hour and half total we had our drinks. When we got our food there was several pieces of hair in my friends burger. The entire meal we had to ask the busboy for help because we had no server. It was a 2 hour and half meal for burgers and 1 app.

I had eaten here before, less than a year ago, and it was very good. There seems to have been some kind of change. It’s not what it used to be. The only saving grace is it’s not pricing people out. So the quality matches the value I guess. It just isn’t what it was. Also FOH seemed quite chaotic.
