   Restaurant looks past it's best - I haven't been for years and was struck by how tired it looked. Food was ok although my husband said his steak was good.

   Lively place, but not that comfortable so not somewhere to stay for a long time. Service was good and food was good.

   Smiths if Smithfield never disappoints!!! A great buzz in the restaurant last night, with plenty of people having a great time... And for an 'industrial' setting, it's surprising how you can still have a conversation at your own table!!!

   Craft bar is just that a bar, only nibbles available. Staff were helpful and offered another menu but still very limited. Food was nice and beer menu is great but no atmosphere early evening.

   The restaurant phoned me back when I booked at a time which should not have been available. They offered me a reservation at another non-bookable location in their large venue, which was most helpful. The food and drinks were mainstream and good value and it's a lively friendly place.

   Atmosphere was great and location great. Only downside would be that we arrived at 8.45 booking and was told that kitchen closed at 9pm. Luckily we were last to put in an order and sliders arrived looking great. Unfortunately though it was just sliders! It would be nice if there was a little more choice available - sharing platters that don't look like burgers. That said, its a lovely place with great service and staff. I should have just done a bit more homework before booking for food.

   We booked a pre-theatre pit stop in the cocktail bar. I would have liked to stay longer to sample more . Good place

   We had cocktails in the bar followed by dinner in the restaurant. Staff are very friendly and will make up any cocktail, even if not on the menu - delicious raspberry martinis :) Only slight neg is that bar food closed at 9pm which seems a tad early and is around the point in the evening when you start needing something to soak up the drinks! We adjourned to the restaurant upstairs looking for a lighter bite....I had the hot salmon, potato and watercress salad starter as a main which really fit the bill. The restaurant service is also very good, with the same friendly but prompt attention. Good to see that 13 years after my very first visit to Smiths it's still delivering a great night out.

   We went to Smiths before a party early on a Saturday evening so it was pretty quiet. Cocktails and service were really good so we'll be back.
