   This experience was honestly ridiculous. 6 of us came for brunch. Took over TWO hours for our food to come, and when we would ask, the waiter was super rude and would say "this is what you sign up for when you come for brunch". Food is fine but nope.

   I love the quaint small vibe that Sloane’s has going on! Servers are very nice and know the menu really well! It can be a little loud but nothing out of the ordinary! I love their brunch menu and drinks, can’t wait to come back!

   Went there for brunch and service was extremely slow but then again that was poor staff management because there was only 1 girl doing it all: hostess/server/bus boy and waitress and she was being wear thin; management should’ve had at least 2 or 3 people there but they only had that 1 girl that was all over the place, we felt so bad for her! Food was mediocre/should’ve gone for the burger and not for brunch and the bottomless mimosas because there was nothing bottomless because again, there were badly short staffed.

   Total embarrassment. Regardless of the terrible things I read about this place, I still wanted to give it a shot because it’s a small business and the photos of the dining area are adorable. I wasn’t expecting some Michelin star experience, but I at least expected my food to seem like it was cooked in the restaurant on that day. I didn’t even get that. I ordered fried chicken and waffles and when I tell you my chicken breast was more cornstarch than chicken I’m not exaggerating. In fact, all of the fried food was covered in a thick dusting of cornstarch that you could taste and feel. ((Shivers)) OH, and there is no way they make their own waffles. The waffle felt and looked like it was bought at a gas station, slid out its cellophane wrapper onto a plate, thrown into a microwave for 25 seconds and then put on my plate with an ice cold pad of butter. I cannot believe I brought my extended family visiting from out of town to this dump. Never again.

    We were there on Grilled Cheese Night and had two Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Pork Belly. Very good and the Tomato Soup was a good accompliment. Nice place for a casual meal.
