   We chose this location after checking menu on line. One item that caught our attention was no longer on the menu when we arrived. Food was ok, nothing special. I ordered a pasta dish which was not hot when served. Server was pleasant and attentive.

   SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE FOOD WAS ALSO. HAD NOT BEEN THERE IN SOME TIME AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED. I WOULD RECOMMEND SLATE.

   We called and told Slate we were running late and they accommodated us which was wonderful! We had a good time talking before the food arrived and were not rushed since we were the last diners in the restaurant! A very enjoyable experience! The staff were great.

   While the location is quite nice the positives on the experience end there. The meal was very disappointing. The steaks were very undercooked. One order was completely incorrect and was not replaced until the other guest's meal had been eaten. The replacement steak was barely cooked and the side dishes were not served until ten minutes later. The cost of the meal was outlandish. One drink was $46 and the total meal was over $170. Recommend you find another place to dine.

   Took 2 hours to get our food and then an extra 15 for my sons food and his steak was supposed to be well done and it came bloody so it got sent back. Worst service I have ever had.

   The waitress told us the dinner special, then when we ordered it- said “oh sorry it was actually only a lunch special “, she gave me someone else’s salad, gave my dinner to someone else at the table, spilled beer on my arm... just not good . The ranch cheddar dressing on my salad had no taste whatsoever- I have no idea what it was, but I didn’t eat the salad because of it. The scallops were good!

    Looking for a different steakhouse option while staying in casino over busy holiday weekend. Beautiful setting, but loud. Probably to be expected, as golfers were coming in after finishing their game, it's a restaurant near the golf course. The wine menu was nice. I had the pork chop which was amazing, hubby had the sirlion steak, he said was good. Friends had steaks ordered medium rare, that both had to be sent back because they were raw. House salads were meh. Would be better if it didn't resemble"bagged salad". Side of brussel sprouts weren't appealing either, I think they were boiled or steamed..yuk! But pureed potatoes and broccolini included with the pork chop were delicious! Also, flatbread appetizer was good. We would go again, I would get that pork chop. Our server was great, she told us she had just finished training and she did a fine job.
