   I feel that the management of the kitchen/tables is inadequate. You had servers coming out of the kitchen wandering around with food looking for where it goes (made circles a couple of times). Your concept stinks. If you had 3 people taking orders, 1 person per every two rows with one additional server per order taker, to bring food and drink out of the kitchen, it would have worked. You have a limited menu which is great for this type of seating. You are seating everyone at once, you need to have the adequate staff to pull this off. Terribly inefficient (I have waited tables and worked a bar). Also, I looked at people next to me who were eating the brisket sandwich- looked incredible- ordered one and mine only had the butter melted, not toasted and there was hardly any meat. It tasted great for the little I could taste. Could be a great food venue with many more changes. The staff that did wait on us was incredible and worked their butts off. I felt bad for them that someone in a management role set this up only for them to fail and not their fault- its yours. Also, if you take the time to make a reservation for dinner, it would be nice to get seated ahead of the crowd and not an hour after. Its a simple separate line for reservations from at least 6-7pm. This should not be a hard thing to fix. Everyone around me was complaining for a good reason.....not good. I would recommend Skyloft if changes are made.

   Very disorganized for eating dinner. I was attending a concert at the Skyloft, I just had the feeling that serving dinner before show was not their cup of tea. Half the seating in the restaurant was closed on a Saturday night even though 650 people attended the concert. We had to wait in line a long time to be seated, even longer to order and an eternity to get the check. Food was very average and waiters would rarely remember where the the food plates or drinks were going. Venue is in a huge mall, many other good places with better service and food. Eat somewhere else in the mall and then go to concert.

   I thought that the Skyloft was nice. Personally I thought you needed a little more on the menu. Chicken fingers, onion rings, other sandwiches besides Turkey. Maybe a few more Dinner items. I went there because I was attending the "Here Come The Mummies" Show. I thought you needed a little more organization out at the show. The same waiters were working out there, which was nice but sadly I saw a few people just leave and not pay. I also think that if I wanted a Beer I should have been able to go up to the bar and buy a beer, pay the bartender. That might save you a little money. At least get paid for your alcohol. But on the whole I enjoyed it. Defiantly enjoyed the show. Thanks for having us.

   The restaurant was not even close to full, but service initially was painfully slow! Thankfully the food was outstanding so I will give them another try. Get the cornbread!

   I cannot recommend Skyloft restaurant because of one major flaw. I reserved my table for 4 for 7pm on Friday the 13th. In the afternoon, there was a phone call to confirm my reservation. The woman on the phone said, "we have 400 people attending the concert, it would be better if you just ate in the venue to avoid the line." I asked if I still could eat in the restaurant and was told yes. I confirmed that I would like to keep my reservation. She abruptly hung up. I then called back and a man said, "she told you the wrong information, yes you can eat in the restaurant." Imagine my surprise when at 6:05pm I received an email cancelling my reservation! I called immediately and my reservation was reinstated. Upon arrival, the restaurant was extremely quiet...hardly any tables occupied. Service and food were adequate. At the time of the bill, I spoke to the manager on duty who told me..."No, your reservation was not cancelled." I showed him the email and he continued to argue and state...."no, we do not cancel reservations." Then why was my reservation reinstated when I called immediately to investigate?? I do NOT recommend this restaurant because of the rude manager and the issues with making reservations to an almost empty restaurant. My suggestion is eat at one of the many busy and less expensive restaurants downstairs.

    I made a reservation On a Saturday for 10pm, but when I arrived at 930pm , I was told that the kitchen was closed.
