   Although the food was a little slow to come out, without our saying a word, Sam (Our fantastic server) came out with a complimentary salad and topped off our wine. What a place. That has never happened before. Live music made for a great evening. Will be back for sure.

   SkyHigh is on the 60th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel. The elevator ride up has breathtaking views of the city. However, upon arrival, the service was notably egregious for such a fancy place. There were a handful of people in the lobby, all waiting and confused as there was no host to greet us. The wait staff was visibly hectic, running around disorderly, and giving a sense of unease from the start. When we were finally greeted, the hosts were flustered, informed us that tables were backed up, and unable to give us a timeline (we had reservations). They directed us to sit at the bar, but there was no availability, so again we were left in a state of confusion and discomfort. Eventually we were sat at a table, but the poor service didn’t end there. It took another 15 minutes for a server to arrive with water. Our waiter was charming but didn’t make up for the previous atrocious service. The drinks and food were average. Normally I wouldn’t be so critical. But expectations were high for a restaurant at the top floor of the Four Seasons. Prices were even higher. And at that price point I do expect, at the very least, decent service. Instead it was quite heinous - all things considered.

   Couple of comments. The waiter should know which diner ordered their meals without asking the diner when serving the plates. I also ordered a mocktail which the waiter said he would be happy to get the bartender put together at his discretion. Sounded like a fun idea and I said yes. But it never came. Hope the feedback is helpful.
