   We enjoyed celebrating a special birthday and an anniversary. The view of the city and the two rivers was spectacular !

   SkyHigh is on the 60th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel. The elevator ride up has breathtaking views of the city. However, upon arrival, the service was notably egregious for such a fancy place. There were a handful of people in the lobby, all waiting and confused as there was no host to greet us. The wait staff was visibly hectic, running around disorderly, and giving a sense of unease from the start. When we were finally greeted, the hosts were flustered, informed us that tables were backed up, and unable to give us a timeline (we had reservations). They directed us to sit at the bar, but there was no availability, so again we were left in a state of confusion and discomfort. Eventually we were sat at a table, but the poor service didn’t end there. It took another 15 minutes for a server to arrive with water. Our waiter was charming but didn’t make up for the previous atrocious service. The drinks and food were average. Normally I wouldn’t be so critical. But expectations were high for a restaurant at the top floor of the Four Seasons. Prices were even higher. And at that price point I do expect, at the very least, decent service. Instead it was quite heinous - all things considered.

   Couple of comments. The waiter should know which diner ordered their meals without asking the diner when serving the plates. I also ordered a mocktail which the waiter said he would be happy to get the bartender put together at his discretion. Sounded like a fun idea and I said yes. But it never came. Hope the feedback is helpful.

   Not sure where to begin. Wrong menu was given to one of us so the drink ordered could not be provided but was not known for a while. Reordered and took forever for the cappacino. Mimosa arrived halfway through meal though ordered at the start (very few tables were occupied). Portions are small and food is okay. Window tables were available throughout our whole 8:30 am reservation yet we were seated in the middle with no view. The server was sweet enough but it did not compensate for the other areas that need work. I’d avoid this restaurant and go somewhere else in the future.

    Rating: 3/10 I came to SkyHigh this past Saturday to celebrate my birthday with my husband. While the ambience was beautiful and the views were amazing (my pictures came out perfect!), everything else fell short. The food was honestly disappointing — small portions, overpriced, and it came out cold. Definitely not worth what we paid. Our server wasn’t very friendly either, which made the experience feel even less welcoming. Another major downside is the noise level — it gets super loud, especially after the DJ leaves. On top of that, there’s no designated parking. We had to walk two blocks and pay for a garage, which I feel is unfair considering it’s on the rooftop of the Four Seasons. I expected better accommodations. Overall, it was just okay, but not worth a return visit for us. Beautiful setting, but poor execution. I won’t be coming back. And that’s just my honest opinion.
