Prepare to embark on an exciting journey at SKY, an intriguing new restaurant located at Topeka's Billard Airport. Chef Bobby Santacroce and Chris Stemler have prepared a menu celebrating the rich and love-filled flavors of the American South. From the smoked heat of Cajun rubs to the velvety richness of Creole sauces and dessert, each dish is an honest display, using fresh ingredients and respecting the traditions which have made the Cajun/Creole style so popular. Indulge in beloved staples such as jambalaya, gumbo, & soot covered tomahawks. Enjoy the panoramic windows which offer a view of planes taking off and landing.

    Sky was nice but for Easter they didn't really have anything special. The atmosphere is nice with the large windows at the local airport. You can sometimes see planes/jets arriving/departing. The employees were nice.

    Everything was very good today. Our server did a great job and the buffet was well stocked. The only thing that shocked me was $3 for coffee.

    Always enjoy going to SKY. Chase does a great job recommending wines with your meal or drinks after. They are amazing selections. Food is always excellent.

    Such a romantic and intimate environment for our date night. The friendly service made us feel truly welcomed, and the delicious food was a highlight of the evening. We also appreciated the fair prices, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a perfect date night, and we can't wait to return!

    Jordy was an amazing server, Chase too! The winter storm didn’t allow for a few menu items but we will be back to Sky again very soon! The crème brûlée was the best I’ve ever had!

    Little date night and we were able to enjoy food and a quiet conversation. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. The drinks were delicious and the food was scrumptious. We definitely need to try brunch sometime.

    Sunday brunch was great! We also enjoyed spicy bloody Marys and local apple cider. It was the perfect place for the last morning of our family visit this holiday weekend.
