   Had a reservation for breakfast but they were closed and said they never take reservations for breakfast. They basically refused to serve us on my husband’s birthday. Will never go back!

   DON'T EVER GO HERE! FOOD TASTE LIKE IT WAS PRECOOKED THAN REHEATED TO ORDER. THE WORST PART I ORDER CHOCOLATE COVER STRAWBERRIES FOR DESSERT, WHAT I GOT WAS STRAWBERRIES COVERED IN CHOCOLATE SYRUP :(. I FLIPPED THERE WAS NO MANAGER TO COMPLAIN TO THE BEST THEY COULD DO WAS TAKE A DRINK OF MY BILL. WORST VALENTINES DATE EVER! I FELT SO EMBARRASSED THAT I TOOK MY DATE THERE.

   The overall experience was so disappointing, especially for a valentine's dinner. The service was horrible, we waited 30 minutes for just water. When it came to ordering, we were going to chose items from the special valentines day menu and the waitress told us that they were out of the items we chose mind you we were there at 7-8 waiting to see a waitress and getting that news after such a long wait is super disappointing. Our orders were messed up, the meat term that we wanted wasn't up to standards and to make the experience even worse we waited 45 minutes for two drinks from the bar and my husband had to get up and get from the bar himself because the waitress wore careless and not mindful of their guests. The fact that my husband had to get up to get his own drinks is poor customer service. Not once did they ask us to fill up our drinks or water or how was our food/service. We ordered dessert and when it was given to us it wasn't what we ordered and the waitress didn't even ask if we could get any other option she just handed us a red velvet cake with no attempt to apologize for this inconvenience just left the cake on the table and walked away not in a bag or any utensils were given. So, yes it was the best $160 I have ever wasted on Valentine's day to receive such horrible service. The hospitality experience was dreadful being that we were probably about 6 couples overall during that time so we should have definitely received more attention.

   I took my wife on our 30th anniversary to this top floor restaurant because we met at this location when it was a nightclub 31 years ago. The hotel recently re-opened in the last year and I thought it was a good idea to re-visit the venue. We had a romantic dinner. There were a few bumps in the road. The Waite staff was very polite and attentive but wasn't well versed in describing the menu items. The house didn't have the advertised special for dinner and ran out of a liquor needed for one of their advertised special cocktails. However, the dinner was served promptly and the replacement cocktail was awesome. We will definitely be back. The amazing views, food and drinks are worth it.

   Ambience was lovely.. The meal/service not so much. Waitress took the order. Bartender comes over and takes it again because the waitress did not write it down and did not remember it. Soup and salad came out and were fine. Appetizer and one entree came out together. After complaining, they returned the entree to the kitchen saying they would make another one. Entree comes back out... But only one. They did not seem to remember the other one. Asked manager to intervene.. Both entrees come out... Both cold. Manager did comp round of drinks and dessert and took percent off total bill.... But overall the experience was poor
