   It’s always a pleasure to return to Sky Bistro this place never disappoints. The panoramic views alone are worth the trip. A big thanks to Benjamin for being so helpful during the reservation process. Everything went smoothly thanks to his attention and care. We started with the salmon gravlax, which was rich, flavorful, and beautifully plated. For our mains, we shared the duck and bison both were exceptional, cooked to perfection and bursting with bold flavors. Jerome, our server, was fantastic. He was not only knowledgeable but also made some excellent recommendations that really elevated our meal. The entire staff deserves a shout-out every plate was presented with an explanation of the ingredients and finishing touches, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to the experience. If you’re ever in Banff, I highly recommend making time for a meal at Sky Bistro.

   Nous avons souper au Sky Bistro le 19 avril dernier. Belle experience avec une magnifique vue sur le Mont Sulphur. Tori notre serveuse a été super courtoise. Belle ambiance, service rapide ainsi que cocktail et nourriture de qualité.

   The best experience ever! We ordered two main dish, bison and duck! Both are exquisite! We definitely recommended! The price could be expensive but it is worthy

   My experience was mediocre. Not sure if it’s because I checked in as a party of one, but the host seemed rude. The food was good, but it took a long time for it to come out.

   Food was beautifully presented. There was no space provided between courses as we felt we were being rushed out. The main dish was cold. And the food was overall less than expected.
