   With the premise that it was probably a busier-than-usual night (hence the two stars), the overall experience was more than disappointing. The sushi (nigiri and rolls) was close to terrible, we tasted it and left pretty much all of it. We then ordered non-sushi items, and those were sub-par, too. All that came with service that was amateurish and inattentive. We were not alone in feeling that way - a couple sitting next to us left exasperated. Finally, we were charged in full for everything we ordered (and did not eat). Every restaurant can have a bad night, but I fear that this restaurant is more interested in taking your money and not expecting you to return. After all, there’s always another cruise ship with more customers coming along soon...

   My meal came out first, my wife’s was never served. Poor serving, food was cold. Seems there was a mixup in the kitchen with how to cook a medium rare steak. We told them never mind, we would go elsewhere. Manager was apologetic, but nonetheless it was my wife’s birthday. Not a pleasant night!

   Loved it. Sushi was great and our waiter was on it all night! Drinks we’e awesome too. Hawaii 5-0 is a killer night starter.

    It was my fiance's birthday, and he loves Sky Bar. So do I! It was a fun night with great food and and lively atmosphere. We enjoyed it, however, in my Open Table reservation I mentioned it was his birthday and to please tell him "Happy Birthday." I was disappointed no one said anything acknowledging his special day, no dessert, nothing. I thought if I informed you of this occasion you would pass it on to the restaurant so I would not have to ask for any special birthday treatment in front of him. I did not say anything and was rather dissatisfied with the event due to this, but he was very happy. That is all that mattered. If you offer special requests and do not follow through, maybe delete that part of your site. Honestly disappointed, Jamie Drake
