   Really disappointing experience at Sixty Vines. I had an indoor reservation for my birthday (important because my 11-year-old daughter is recovering from illness and has allergies), but after a 20-minute wait, we were taken to an outdoor table with no apology. I reminded the hostess we booked inside, but she was dismissive and said that was all they had for us. We sat outside, but no server came. We eventually left — not how I expected to spend my birthday and won’t be returning.

   Always enjoy 60 vines. The wines are varied, interesting, and well priced. Food is always great as is the service. Good value too. Noise level is a bit high but otherwise we always enjoy ourselves here.

   Had a 6:30 reservation and it took over 1/2 hour to be seated. Understaffed for table service as we waited another 1/2 hour for just ordering drinks.

   Hi Steven, Thanks for the honest feedback. It’s clear we dropped the ball on timing and service, and that’s not the kind of experience we ever want to deliver, especially not on a Saturday night.    Service from Aliyah was outstanding and she did some nice touches for our Mom’s Birthday, making it extra special.

    We had Maxwell and Trouble Eyes (lol) as our serves. Maxwell was new and learning but gave great suggestions for wines and food to try. We had a great experience there, celebrating my sister birthday.
