Sir Hummus is a Middle Eastern restaurant that has a mission to educate people on the joys of hummus. Many people aren't aware that in the Middle East humms is frequently eaten as the main course, and it is significantly different than the cold dip often bought in supermarkets around the world. At Sir Hummus, the hummus is cooked daily from scratch, then served with freshly baked pita bread and a variety of toppings. Ordering a meal at Sir Hummus is a little different than most restaurants. Here, guests simply pick between a large or small hummus bowl, white or whole wheat pita bread and the select whatever toppings they would like. These toppings are what really makes the dish, and include slow-cooked beef, orange chicken and hard boiled eggs.
