   Really wanted to love this place. Very cozy and warm, service was good but the food was disappointing. I had osso buco for an app and it was dried out. Tasted like it was made two days ago and reheated, although sauce was delicious. Same for the entree of butternut squash ravioli's, tasted like leftovers with overcooked broccoli/carrots. So disappointed in the food. If freshly made the food would have been a hit. Too bad, as I really wanted to love this place.

   Well prepared food and a menu that offers more than the usual Italian fare. Well made cocktails. Scenic outdoor patio. Nice selections of international music playing on sound system. Friendly, helpful waitstaff. An off-the-menu special we ordered was priced higher than I would have expected, given the menu prices. But everything was enjoyable, and we will return.

   I had dined at this restaurant previously and had an experience that I would rate as "good". Unfortunately, my last experience was a poor one. We had made a reservation through OpenTable for a Friday at 8pm. For an appetizer we ordered the calamari, which we enjoyed, but the meal went downhill from there. We rarely saw our waitress. My boyfriend placed an order for a drink when the appetizer was brought over, and he didn't get it until AFTER he had already finished his dinner! Our water glasses remained empty throughout almost the entire meal because we could never find our waitress or a busser. I ordered the chicken parm and my boyfriend ordered a steak and shrimp special. My meal was average, it wasn't horrible but it wasn't amazing. My boyfriend's meal was far from great, especially for the price. I understand that it was a Friday night, that that restaurant was busy and there were larger parties to tend to, but that shouldn't mean that the smaller parties suffer. We were paying customers just as the large parties were.
