   Drinks (especially non alcoholic) were expensive hence the 4 vs 5 stars for value, but fantastic food and excellent experience otherwise.

   Absolutely stunning experience. Loved the zero-waste concept and their decidation to sustainable and regenerative values. The burst of flavours with the unusual food pairings was outstanding. Loved the attention to details from the decor to the wine selection. And the whole experience was so immersive, going on a journey to understand the ingredients and story behind the food. The staff is so attentive and nice, we felt well taken care of. I am glad I chose this place for my birthday celebration :)

   Delicious and unusual/unexpected flavour combinations with super fresh ingredients. Love the fact that nothing goes to waste. A delight for the tastebuds.

   Just wonderful. Will definitely be returning. They noted our leave time and adjusted accordingly. Excellent food and great service.

   I travelled to London specifically to dine at Silo after reading the book about their approach to creating a fairer and more sustainable supply chain—respecting the origin of every product and thoughtfully managing food waste. And I have to say, the experience absolutely lived up to my expectations. From the atmosphere to the service, and of course the menu, everything was just spot on. Sitting at the counter was a real highlight—I loved watching the team prepare each dish with such calm focus, almost like a meditative ritual. The interaction with the staff was another big plus; nearly everyone took the time to talk to me, and each plate came with a thoughtful explanation, which made the whole experience even richer. At the end, Will Stoyle was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even took me behind the scenes to show me part of the fermentation process and how they transform food waste. It was the perfect way to round off an already inspiring visit. I couldn’t recommend the experience more. I truly hope more places will follow in Silo’s footsteps in the future.

    What a fabulous restaurant. I've been wanting to go for ages but it's a long way East for me. Finally, I managed to make it and was delighted. The food was intriguing and the zero waste approach was applied rigorously - they'd even thought about it in the bathrooms (but please be reassured that they do have loo paper!). The meal was a treat with some unusual and delicious flavours. I'd definitely recommend it, even though it was expensive!
