   This is not a $$$$ restaurant. Most of the sides and apps were good but the steak was no better than a steak at Denny’s with steak and eggs. Outraged that we paid 70.00 for a steak like that. It is in the lobby of Hyatt like a morning breakfast restaurant. Absolutely not upscale in any way shape or form. The only thing that made it acceptable was the staff. They were very attentive!!

   Service was great, ate the bar and Raul was very attentive. Sides were very filling, price is questionable but makes sense for a hotel restaurant.

   The food here is good albeit expensive. We enjoyed all Items we ordered: small filet, shrimp cocktail, crab cake and Caesar salad. What is lacking is the service (waitress did not know the specials) and was not trained properly to provide the type of service you would expect in a “high-end” steakhouse. The ambiance is also terrible. I’ve seen better decor and ambiance at a Chili’s. The environment is sterile and not befitting a steakhouse.

   Good flavor, way too expensive, no ambiance whatsoever. More of an after work hang out. It’s no longer a romantic place to enjoy a nice evening. Steak was dry and warm, not hot. Baked potatoes were several hours old and didn’t even melt the butter or the cheese. Unfortunately, we do not recommend this place to anyone.

    Reservation was set up perfectly down to the silly request we had. Waitstaff was amazing. I wish I could remember our waiters name!
