   Went here on Black Saturday- reservations is a must. Good thing that we were seated right away before it gets crowded. Love that they have a lot of variety from meats to their sides. Service is quick and they give out big portions! Too bad u gotta pay extra on their wagyu meat

   Food was delicious as always it’s actually my third time there. The waitress wasn’t really around and attentive. She even missed some people drink orders and they had to ask her again for a drink.

   Great service, good food. As good as the “carnes” were, surprisingly the best for me was the dessert. It is a bit pricey, but I would keep it in mind for special occasions.

   Pathetic, why even have a reservation option when you’re going to make people that have reservations a month in advance wait an hour to get seated. Why take walk ins when you have a reservation list? Why make people put their numbers to not even call them? Horrible and clueless management that weren’t ready for valentines. Had a similar experience at fogo de chao in emeryville but got seated faster with more people around, given free wine and champagne, and THREE buy one get one coupons as compensation for a 20 minute wait. I feel sorry for the servers/waiters because they were excellent but management clearly looks as though they were born yesterday and put in charge of a restaurant. Don’t waste your time coming here if it’s busy and go to any other spot because at least they would, at the bare rock bottom minimum, apologize for the wait which these folks couldn’t even do.

   First time here for the lunch experience. Service and attentiveness of the team was top notch and complimented the good food!

    The salad bar was OK. Many things were presumably put there to fill you up before you consumed too much meat. The meat selections were a carnivore's dream. Loved the Picanha. Way too expensive however.
