   We were a party of adults and 5 kids (one in a high chair). We made the reservation an hour before arriving. We were taken right in at the appointed time even though the place was very busy. The service could not have been more attentive and the food was excellent. Lots of things for kids as well as adults.

   Food was great. Overall it was great. Only issue u had was wait times. Server was nice but it took 10 minutes to get a drink order, 10 more mins to get a drink. 20 minutes for our actual food order to be taken. At the end, it took 10 mins for them to ask us if we wanted the bill, and another 20 minutes to actually get it. Not sure about staffing, but I've seen busier with better service than that. We'll be coming back, just hope that the majority of our time is actually enjoying it instead of waiting for whatever... 20 minutes for a bill is especially absurd...

   We have dined at this location before, but found the food, service and noise level much improved over previous experiences. On this occasion we requested a quiet table and our server patiently waited while we chose a different one. She was efficient and friendly, and never made us feel rushed. The food was very good, served quickly and all 4 of us said we'd have the same thing again.

   Sadly our shoeless Joes experience was incredibly diaappointing. Though I would suggest the two ladies working the FOH we’re trying, they could have done a lot more to mitigate what culminated into a disastrous experience for probably all guests in attendance between noon and 2pm Sunday. We were one of three parties of 7 that arrived in and around the same time at noon all parties being a mix of adults and children just having crossed the parking lot from the arena where our sons had just finished a tournament. I believe our food order was entered first. We waited nearly 45 mins for our food which came out a mix of hot and cold. Almost everything ordered was fryer food (chicken fingers and fries) so not sure how fries are cold but chicken warm but cest la vie. The table nearest us was still waiting on food and the table there before us still hadn’t received food. Our server never came back to check on how everything was, asking if we needed anything or just be generally visible in the dining room. Upon completion of our meals we wanted our bill and take out containers which we waited another 25 mins for before purchasing server came to us at all with many excuses about short kitchen staff and 21 orders being sent to the kitchen at once (3 tables of 7). If your kitchen and your staff can’t handle 21 diners at once, you may as well lock your doors now. You are walking distance to an arena that regularly hosts tournaments and games all day through the weekend. The table nearest us gave up waiting around 1:30 after 1.5 hours without food. This is unacceptable. I have no doubt both servers were embarrassed and frustrated and were avoiding all of the patrons however, a little pro-active explanation, touches and updates instead of hiding in the bar, on the patio or in the kitchen would have gone a long way.

   Made a reservation for Mother’s Day dinner with family(5people). Service was extremely slow. Ordered appetizers when we ordered drinks at guest request (no appetizers offers or recommended by server). Spritzer’s took 45 minute. Calamari was cold and peppers were burned. No quality check, server picked up a pepper and banged it on plate when I advised when plates cleaned when dinner service had started. Dinner took 40 minutes after appetizer search. All fryer food over done. Overall service and food quality was disappointing.

   I was looking forward to a night out. Place looked great, service was good, food was awful. I had the pesto chicken fettuccini alfredo. The 1/2 a chicken breast was tough with a little pesto smeared on it. The noodles, not fettuccine, was cold and stuck together, no alfredo sauce and two cherry tomatoes cut in half. My friend got the smokey mac'n cheese. She ate only the pasta and left the rest. The place was busy and we didn't want to make a scene so we let it go. We won't be returning.

    I think they were a bit short-staffed & training a lot of their servers. We weren’t in a hurry at all so it didn’t bother us and our server kept apologizing. Other than that food was great and we will definitely come back again!
