   Extremely rude manager denied us service for arriving 1:50pm to our 1:45pm reservation. After giving us a lecture. They stated they closed kitchen at 1:30pm. Why accept a 1:45pm Reservation then ?? Extremely Rude attitude to make it worse.

   The front of house staff shut the door on my husbands face as there was a queue at the door which wasn’t really a good start ( no apology ) The food was awful - nothing like the reviews we had read There was no Asian fusion to the food at all A huge and expensive disappointment The fish was rubbery and the meat dish was fatty However the dessert was nice Couldn’t recommend this restaurant in any shape or form

   For the price charged for the omokase required on weekends, I expected a higher quality meal from this highly rated restaurant. While our waiter was attentive and professional, the cut of pork we received for our meat dish was poor with too much tendon and not enough meat; I question whether it was actually tenderloin. The dessert was also disappointing, a scoop of matcha ice cream on a slim brownie with three crackers on top. We were excited about going to this restaurant but left very underwhelmed.

   If I could give more stars for the food and especially for the service, I would! We had the pre-fixe 4 course meal with the wine pairing. They were able to substitute the meat course for fish or vegan for me. The food was exquisite, just gorgeous. The wines they selected were perfect and delicious. We will DEFINITELY be back. We will be dreaming of the heavenly scallop course for a while. Thank you for a memorable, delicious evening!

   De verdad evítense la pena y el gasto. No vale la pena, tenía expectativas altas del lugar, pero ni la atención, ni el servicio ni el ambiente. La comida aún le falta para estar al nivel de lo que venden/promocionan. DECEPCIONANTE!!

   Wonderful experience, staff were friendly,We had the €129 menu and it was 8 different dishes if you include the appetiser, amuse bouche, pre dessert and special surprise at the end. Would definately recommend.!
