   Our server Amarmend made sure we want everything we needed even the type of steak. This is the second time he was our server he never fails to impress us with professionalism regardless how busy the restaurant is. Next time you have dinner asl for Amarmend.

   For 20% service being added to our bill automatically, I expected to have a level of attention and service better than received. We had to ask for utensils and napkins after food was served, we had to ask for more water when our carafe was empty, we had to send back a wrong item (salad dry). And, we had to seek out our server for two of these as we weren’t checked on with any frequency. Otherwise a great dinner.

   Overall magical evening! We had to wait 20 minutes for our table, despite being on time for our reservation. Everything else was excellent!

   I took my kids for their birthday it was ok but it could have been way more exciting for the amount i paid for dinner

   Great place to celebrate my birthday! The teppanyaki chef was awesome and the food was fantastic.

   Like Benihana, really fun and entertaining chef, some ingredients were really good, like tuna and scallops, others like steak were just so-so. Absolutely no service, beyond the chef. We ordered drinks when we sat down, but nobody ever came back to see how we were doing and we were never given an opportunity to order dessert before the bill placed in front of us (even then we asked and were brushed off).

   Had an enjoyable valentine's day teppanyaki dinner. You get a "show" with the chef cooking the different meals. The kids who were in the restaurant seemed to also really like it.

    I celebrated my birthday at Shirasoni this last weekend. I had a coupon for a free entree because Im in the birthday club member thing they have. But it expired Thursday, 2 days before we were going. So I had called ahead to ask if it was ok to still use it and she said since we had a group all ordering it was ok. I didnt ask her name because I just rusted I wasnt being lied to. So that night, we all order. Entrees for everyone, 43 appetizers, drinks etc. Hefty bill. Loved the show, great food, lots of laughs, having a great time. We give the waitress my number so she can process my free entree. Older manager/owner lady comes over and VERY LOUDLY says my coupon is expired. That place is super loud and she made sure other tables heard her. I was mortified. I explained I had called ahead, even showed her my call log. She starts interrogating me, asking did I get the name of who I spoke to etc. I was so embarrased I just said nevermind. But my friend heard what was going on and told her she was really rude to be embarrasing me like this, that he would cover my bill. She comes back 10 minutes later and says oh did you call, I remember talking to you, I said it was ok. Um yeah thats what I told you before but you decided to embarrass me instead. We've been having our birthdays/anniversaries here since they opened years ago but they totally ruined my night. All that for $20 off a $600 bill.
