Not the best experience. Poor from walking in the door. Not greeted, not seated promptly, linen napkin was thread worn and had a string on it. The fork was cheap and old. The floor around our hibachi table was dirty, even though we were there for a 5 o'clock reservation. The food was okay but not great. The chef was good but the fan at our table was so loud we couldn't hear him. Our server was great and bet competent, especially as she was managing several tables. A manager bumped into me on the easy out. He was walking around the dining room not looking where he was going. He apologized but didn't ask if our dinner was good, say have a nice evening, thank you - nothing. I think he exemplifies the overall atmosphere there - very few seemed happy to be there.

We were their for lunch and it was very slow. Our Server was nice but seemed rushed, however she didn't rush us. The portions were pretty large for lunch time. The food was delicious and sushi very tasty.

We have been to Shinto a couple of time. Never a disappointment. The hibachi chef was fantastic and entertaining. The wait staff friendly and attentive (but not overly so). The price is a little high, but well worth it for a special occasion or get-together. If you want a true "dining experience", try Shinto.

Shinto's is always one of our favorites! Fun to go with a group...fairly loud for talking, but still a lot of fun. We love their yum-yum sauce!

I love doing hibachi at shintos for a birthday or special occasion. It's a really fun energetic place to get everyone together and have some fun and some good food, Mike Jones is the best chef and always makes sure you have a good time

If it weren't for the inept waitress, who brought out our soup, salad and appetizers at the same time, and asked me three times what kind of vodka i wanted in my martini, it would have been great.. We were at a hibachi table and felt rushed through our experience..
