Fine food - the noodles matched my anticipation. Good taste, prompt service, excellent value. We will return! We took guests and they wish to return as well.

In a strip mall in the middle of Fremont, this is definitely a place you go to for the food when you are seeking authentic hand-pulled and hand-cut noodle soups in excellent broths. Don't miss the salad-like side dishes, especially the lotus root and the cucumbers. We will be back! Also, they were VERY NICE when we arrived 30 minutes ahead of time for our reservations, and they got us right in. Such sweet people there.
