   Went there on their opening night- understandably, things were unorganized and somewhat chaotic but the quality of the food was really lacking and by the sounds of it, the cook decided he or she would make decisions for the customers. Started off with no beers available on tap; waitress had no idea what beers in a bottle were available- asked for any IPA, waitress came back and said no IPA's..ended up telling her give me what the guy next to me is drinking. Spanakopita appetizer was cold, bottom of pastry was hard as rock. Hummus was initially served with nothing on the side. My wife ordered a falafel bowl (bowls come with rice). Apparently the restaurant ran out of rice (but we weren't told), the cook decided she would have fries instead of rice...in the bowl in the middle of the lettuce and falafel! My shawarma wrap was served with no dressing- had to wait to get hostess's attention for help as waitress wasn't around. There was nothing particularly special about the wrap yet it's priced higher than other Mediterranean restaurants in the area. Having worked in restaurants, I understand that soft-openings are difficult but I really feel some of this should not have happened - if you're not ready to handle customers, then wait until you are. The music was blaring...I didn't make an issue of any of this at the restaurant because the quarters are so tight that I decided it wasn't worth a scene by attempting to discuss this with the manager or owner.
