   We came to celebrate an 30th birthday and it did not disappoint. Our server, I believe his name was Zaden, was incredible. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the menu. The food and cocktails were incredible with a great balance of flavors. I cannot recommend this highly enough!

   Oh.my.yum! My husband and I had a fabulous dinner, he had the duck sausage pasta (I got a couple bites too) and we both loved it, we shared my pretty hearty chop salad with bits of savory chorizo, delicious. We started with the crostino special and the first bite we just knew we were in for a treat the entire meal. Our server was very professional, friendly and super knowledgeable, he went above and beyond in making sure we were happy and that we enjoyed our evening. Oh, they have a wonderful drink menu specific for the fare and again tasty! Highly recommend, go again and again. We will!

   Wonderful, early dinner. Food was excellent. Very nice wine options. Shireen provided excellent customer service and great suggestions. Looking forward to summer so we can sit outside and enjoy the amazing food and drink.

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at Seville Chicago, a delightful Mediterranean eatery located on the rooftop of the Hilton & Gardens hotel. The ambiance is simply enchanting, featuring a comfortable Mediterranean-inspired design with lush plant accents that create a relaxing atmosphere. The patio wraps around the entire rooftop, offering stunning views and a perfect setting for any occasion. The service was outstanding from the moment we stepped off the elevator. We were greeted warmly, and the staff was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about the menu. Our dining experience felt personal and attentive, which made it all the more enjoyable. I had the Ossobuco paired with a seasonal cocktail that combined tequila and mezcal—both were exceptional! The flavors were vibrant and truly represented the essence of Mediterranean cuisine. I initially booked this restaurant for a business group outing, and it proved to be an excellent choice. I would highly recommend Seville Chicago for happy hours, team meetups, or simply enjoying a nice meal with friends. It’s a hidden gem that offers a fantastic culinary experience in a breathtaking setting. Overall, Seville Chicago is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in delicious Mediterranean fare while enjoying a lovely rooftop atmosphere.

    Everything was great once I got into the restaurant itself, but getting there was rough. Of the many elevators in the hotel, they only use one, so both directions you’re crammed in with other random parties. Then it opens up into a service entrance. Then you have to check in again (why twice?). By the time I was seated I was warm, ready to take off my coat and have a drink. That said, the food and drink itself was wonderful.
