Dining at Senti in Hong Kong is simply unforgettable. In the heart of Hong Kong central, this high-end restaurant is so much more than the simple act of eating. Dishes are creatively crafted to incorporate all aspects of European cuisine – done in such a way that it’s not uncommon for a dish to set one’s emotions running wild. With 25 years of hospitality experience behind him, Alex Law opened Melbourne’s best seafood restaurant as well as a one hatted establishment, before returning home to Senti’s heavenly spot on Wyndham Street. A tasting menu served at lunch and dinner is forever changing, featuring a range of high-quality ingredients like foie gras, wagyu beef and French quail.

    We celebrated our anniversary. We picked the perfect place. We think the restaurant has a New York Vibe. My husband ordered the salmon. We ordered the taleggio ravioli for the tableI . I ordered the rack of lamb special. Everything was done to perfection. So flavorful and succulent. We enjoyed every morsel. i enjoyed a blueberry tart and my husband enjoyed tiramisu. We so enjoyed ourselves. So glad we picked Senti to celebrate!

    The food was high quality and service very attentive. Amazing value for the quality of food. We were the only customers there given the recent social distancing restrictions, really hope to support this restaurant!
