Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house. In the kitchen and classrooms, they learn the art of creating delectable cuisines which are served to the patrons of Seasoned.

Seasoned also hosts Collaborative Cuisine dinner series where the college partners with local beverage companies in New York State. Enjoy a four-course pairing menus curated and prepared by SUNY Adirondack Chefs Matt Bolton, Dynia Mariano and their Culinary Arts students, the events are elevated with informal informational talking points from the chefs and our regional beverage partners. Food was great, so was temperature, amount, menu variety, quality of food, and price. Only issue was from main course till dessert, we had about a 45 minute wait. We took desserts home they were great! But they weren’t the ones we ordered. We will most certainly return and highly recommend to family and friends

I have dined here several times; Chef Bolton & the students always do a superb job. The service is great despite many being new to it and the food is absolutely delicious!

Overall excellent dining experience for the food and beer pairing dinner. The food was excellent and went well with the beers. The dining room was the perfect size and the ambiance was good. The dinner began a little late, but we were not expecting every single thing to go perfectly as it is part of the Culinary School. Highly recommend!
