   We went here on Good Friday hoping to enjoy good fish and chips. It was very disappointing. I can't understand how a seafood restaurant of this caliber cannot batter and fry fresh fish. The fish was more batter than fish and the fish itself was not cooked. It was translucent. I had a shrimp cocktail. That was excellent but they failed as far as fish and chips goes. It was served in a basket and the french fries were on the bottom of the fish so after you picked the fish out the french fries were all soggy with the fat from the fish. The coleslaw was perfect but the meal itself was very disappointing. Our server was so nice and kind but it was not her fault. I guess the best fish restaurant in town is not the place to eat fish and chips. All the other dishes coming out of the kitchen looked good. such a shame.

   Food and service were great. Had the farm to table salad which was exceptional. Ate outside, so thenoise level was quite moderate - not so sure about inside though.

   Silly small portions. Ordered a crab cocktail and it had about 2 tablespoons of crab...strategically positioned over a bunch of shredded lettuce. Ahi was about half of a normal sushi restaurant portion. I felt robbed.

   Love the half portion prices! The petrale sole is my favorite but the dinner plate is too much. Will definitely go more often just for this!!!

   Our first visit to this restaurant. We live in Granite Bay, it was very pleasing to find a quality restaurant without having to go to Sacramento.

   I was expecting a nice dinner house given the price point. The TV in the lobby area that had on a repo reality show just didn’t fit. They seated us next to a table that hadn’t been cleaned, with food and trash all over the table and the ground. We pointed it out to a manager and they did send people out to clean it up, but it was very off putting, especially since they weren’t busy at all when we got there. I will say that the food and service were excellent. I was disappointed that they didn’t acknowledge my husband’s birthday since they asked on the reservation page if we were celebrating anything special. I put that it was his birthday but there was never a mention from the staff.

   Was in the area for work and my wife decided to come along. What a great meal. The hostess left a little to be desired but once you got past her, the food and service was excellent.

   We chose to go to Scott’s Seafood Roundhouse to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary and we’re not disappointed. Even though the restaurant was busy it was quiet and the service was timely. The food was outstanding from the Caesar salad (with anchovies as requested) followed by Yellowfin Ahi Tatami (my husband’s choice) and my choice of Scott’s Cioppino, probably the best I’ve ever had, perfectly seasoned snd loaded with mussels, clams, prawns, fish, crab and spicy sausage and tomato sauce and perfectly toasted garlic asiago toast. I took half of it home since it was a large serving. The meal was topped off y a delicious dessert called Raspberry Jack.
