   80 Scotch was simply an amazing experience! The food was tremendous and the portions were generous. My wife and I split a 22 oz ribeye that was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The potatoes au gratin were simply the best we’d ever had. When my wife ordered the bone marrow appetizer and found she did not care for it the staff eagerly arranged for another appetizer and did not charge us for the marrow. The 1/2 dozen oysters I ordered were fresh and delicious. It’s a little expensive but so worth the time and cost. One of the best date nights ever!

   Booked this place for a business dinner. Excellent food and service. Will definitely be back on my next trip to LV.

   This steakhouse will definitely be on my go to list for future visits as everything was absolutely perfect from making the reservation to being seated and accommodated. Remembering preferences from my OpenTable profile, receiving information about the dishes and about the creation of the restaurant to the temperature in the room and the music level and the decor absolutely everything was stunning from start to finish!!

   What an extraordinary restaurant. The food is exquisite and the service is impeccable. We were completely blown away. Do something special for yourself and your family and dine here. It’s expensive but so worth it.

   Our first time at Scotch 80, as part of our “try a new restaurant tour through Vegas”. It was a quiet Friday night. Not busy at all. Food was ok. Crab cakes were mushy. That is our go to appetizer at every restaurant. So far, nobody comes close to T-Bones crab cakes. My sea bass was overcooked and spongy. I have this fish quite often, so I know what good sea bass tastes like. Besides the texture, the flavor was good. Loved the miso glaze. The Wagyu steak was sub par. Good flavor but not tender like a good wagyu should be. They forget our salad. We were really looking forward to that because the description on the menu sounded amazing. A good steakhouse should have the timing down to a tee. This was a big miss. Now with that said, the staff and management reacted as best as they could and apologized. Very genuine concerns on their part. We appreciated the complimentary desert and cappuccinos. Will we come back? Unsure at this point. For the price and better experience, we can have 2 nights out at Echo and Rig. We really wanted to love Scotch 80 as we enjoy The Palms. Unfortunately that didn’t happen this time.

   Outstanding steakhouse with outstanding service. MJ was our server and we have had him before. He is most outstanding. Great food recommendations and absolutely a professional at what he does. We really enjoy bringing out of town guests here to show them that there is absolutely more to Vegas than the Strip. Great place with great food. Oh, the Old Fashion drinks are great. They have different versions so give them all a try. The Artisian one is really good.

    This gem does not get the attention it merits. ALWAYS top-notch service and food so delicious, you won't be able to wait to come back for more! Visit on M-Th, 5-7, to take advantage of the special "social hour" deals. Select menu items are 30% off. I had the melt in your mouth, bursting with flavor fillet. The Caesar salad was excellent. The creamed spinach was the best I have ever had. Service is always impeccable. If I could, I would award Scotch 80 Prime a Michelin Star and James Beard award! It may be a bit out of the way for most, but trust me, it it worth the trip!
