   It was a wonderful Italian culinary journey from the signature mushroom polenta to cavatelli pasta with its ragu was amazing. The charred octopus was equally outstanding and flavorful with its peppadew sauce. My two minor critiques would be that unfortunately the signature spaghetti was over cooked and not al dente and we requested to be seated at the window for a fountain view in our reservation which was made a month in advance, but upon arrival we were seated elsewhere and we were told it was more money which is a really money grab at a high end restaurant such as Scarpetta especially when we have sat there previously. Overall it was wonderful and the service was top notch.

   We had a months long reservation to celebrate our 39th anniversary which was noted by the restaurant. We had a table along a wall opposite a column. No view of anything other than where the servers put in their orders. Really disappointing. The food and service were good. But overall not what we were hoping for.

   Veal Milanese was crispy but way too salty, and I like it salty. Truffle ravioli was amazing. Service was very attentive.

   **New Favorite Italian Spot in Vegas!** This will *definitely* be our new go-to Italian restaurant in Las Vegas. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The service was truly exceptional—our waiter David was outstanding, and the rest of the team was just as impressive. Everyone was friendly, engaging, and genuinely interested in having a conversation with us. That kind of warmth and attentiveness is something we really value when traveling, and honestly, it’s a rare find these days. As for the food—absolutely phenomenal. The menu honors traditional Italian roots while adding just the right touch of creativity and elevation. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor, making it clear the kitchen takes pride in both authenticity and presentation. If you’re in Las Vegas and craving Italian cuisine with heart, hospitality, and a touch of sophistication, this is the place to go.

   Another one of many great meals that I've enjoyed at Scarpetta's. The pasta with black truffle was phenomenal.

   Thank you for making my 40th wedding anniversary special! We were seated at a table with a beautiful view by the window overlooking the Bellagio fountain. My husband had the Branzino dish which is his favorite! I had your Sea Scallops. The best sea scallops I’ve ever had!!! Both dishes were amazingly delicious and beautifully prepared! To top off the wonderful evening, we ordered your tiramisu. The gelato was a perfect addition to the dessert! Service was excellent! We can’t wait to go back!!!

    We had gone on line to research the menu. The reason for going was to order chicken Parmesan or chicken piccata. They on line menu said it was offered. When we arrived at the restaurant and were seated with promptness. Friendly but not overly welcoming. Nothing like our previous two nights at the cosmopolitan restaurants. Water was brought then fresh bread wine. As we we proceeded to look at the menu I realized my two reasons for going were NOT in the menu. When I questioned the waiter he was NOT one bit apologetic. His excuse was the menu was done up in New York. So basically too bad so sad. Won’t ever be back.
