   Confirmed twice via OT for a reservation on 3/2. Arrived for reservation, they are closed. No phone call. No email. Just a sign stating “due to unforeseen circumstances we are closed”. Looking at other reviews this is not uncommon. Atrocious.

   The restaurant has been closed for some time. It is ridiculous for OpenTable to be accepting reservations!

   This is a very sad story: We had made a reservation days ahead (and upon request Reconfirmed the day before). When we got here on the 11th, the building was dark and the parking lot was empty. Phone calls to the restaurant were answered with a message that the voice mailbox was full. Back at home, once our anger had subsided a touch, we did some research and learned that the restaurant had been closed in December indefinitely (as per the venues web page). We had been there once before and loved the food, and were disappointed with the time it took between placing an order and the food being served. So much for giving second chances.

   The restaurant was not even open. If I canceled on OpenTable, I would’ve been charged $100 a person. I tried calling the restaurant for days and left voicemail before their mailbox was full.  Very disappointing.

   An excellent dining experience. Well trained, knowledgeable wait staff. Food prep and presentation outstanding, and a fine dining atmosphere. Will definitely return.

   Sasella staff members are always on point - well trained and love the food they serve. A great team dedicated to great service!

   Service was excellent, food also excellent, bartender very informative and friendly. Only downsides, slight sewer gas smell near restrooms. And espresso has a perfume fragrance and taste to it. Very odd, I'm Italian so I know about these things. Waiter investigated and couldn't find any reason for the taste and smell he also experienced.
