Gino Falcone and Jose Salkeld heads of the new premises, work together with different artists and chefs in this new proposal and thus was born Sarita Colonia - Travesti Peruvian Cuisine, a place where Kitsch dementia and maximalism express themselves to tell various stories intertwined with the religious, death, life, friendship and gastronomy. This is a tribute to the Peruvian apocryphal miracle that is followed by immigrants, prisoners, homosexuals, transsexuals and transvestites, where marginal rage is welcomed and transformed into balm for Tolerance and respect.
