   Outstanding service and food. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival, I was immediately seated and served. The food quality was great and the chef put on a lovely show After we finished our meals, we were served two complementary drinks. I’d definitely choose this place over any other restaurant for a birthday celebration/dinner date or even a chic outing.

   Sapporo Japanese Restaurant Located within the Sheraton Cairo, this restaurant has a sleek setting, nice decor. With a rather extensive menu, the sashimi selection is great, the scallops teppanyaki is rather disappointing, too saucy, and the hibachi fried noodles was overcooked. Some of the floor staff was professional while others not so much, eating and chatting loudly behind the sushibar counter.

   + Sushi was very good + Service is ok, but it hard to get eye contact with them - Lobster was very small, wouldn't recommend it - Teppanyaki ambience can be improved significantly, we left it and moved away to a table Next time we'll start straight away at a table and will order sushi, that's a winner there.

   Absolutely lovely dining experience! The food was delightful, perfectly seasoned and presented. The service truly set this place apart—attentive, quick, and genuinely friendly (Mohamed/Casper was incredible). Highly recommend for a memorable meal!
